FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A: Both our Asset Trading Rooms and Strategy Trading Rooms feature our traders, making real-time trades and talking through their strategies. The difference however, is that the Asset Trading rooms will feature multiple traders with various strategies. Whereas the Strategy Trading Rooms will typically feature 1-2 traders focused on a specific strategy—allowing you to master a specific trading style and strategy.
The way we think about it, the Asset Trading Room will help you to find your trading mentor, and the Strategy Rooms will help you to follow and learn from them.
A: In your first month as a subscriber, you will be allowed to switch your Strategy Trading Rooms as much as you need to—allowing you to find the trader and trading strategy right for you. After your first month, the number of switches will depend on which subscription tier you’re a part of. Silver Members will be allowed to switch their Strategy Trading Rooms 1x per month, Gold Members 2x per month and Platinum Members 3x per month. Please allow one business day for these changes to take place.
A: Yes, typically we would recommend you finding your trader, trading style and Strategy Room before choosing your indicator. Each Strategy Room features a specific trading style and strategy, which typically uses a corresponding indicator.
A: You can cancel both your annual or monthly subscription at any time by visiting your Customer Dashboard or calling our customer support team. In either case, we do not offer refunds; however, you will continue to receive access to your subscription service for the full duration that you’ve paid for. A: We offer two types of Live Trading Rooms—Asset Trading Rooms and Strategy Trading Rooms. All of our subscription tiers include access to our Options Trading Room, which is an Asset Trading Room. This trading room features a wide variety of our traders and their strategies, making real-time trades Live.
