The goal is to show you how to trade futures with a small account in a non-trending market. If you’ve ever had any interest in trading futures, now is an ideal time to start. Why? With the market likely falling this year, you could look to hedge your 401K’s and IRA’s with supplemental income through day trading (and Joe plans to show you how he’s done just that). These are the same principles and concepts he’s used in his Mastery for over 2 years and are scalable for different account sizes.

Joe Rokop is a commodities and equities trader as well as a futures specialist. His professional trading experience includes both the commercial and proprietary sectors. With his 15 years of trading experience, Joe focuses on trading commodities, indexes, and equities through futures and options. Right out of college, Joe began his career directly on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange. A1: Joe is a commodities and Equities trader that focuses on 6 products: Crude Oil, Gold, Dow Jones, S&P 500, Nasdaq, and the Russell. He trades three different time frames depending on the market, and uses his extensive experience on the Nymex floor and proprietary trading to help his students have an edge.

A1: This strategy can work on various account sizes. You can use this strategy with as little as $500 using micros. Joe will be using an account with $10k margin.
A2: It should be noted that your fees on micros are the same as your fees on minis, which will affect the ratio of your risk:reward. If you are charting, you want to chart with the minis not the micros.
A: This strategy allows you to trade when you have time by having three different time frames to work with, you as the trader choose when you want to be in front of your computer and enter some trades.
